GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE (CGU)
- Article 1 – Purpose
The purpose of these General Conditions of Use is to define the conditions of access and use of this website.
Any navigation on the site implies full acceptance of these CGUs.
- Article 2 - Access to the site
The site is accessible free of charge to any user with an Internet connection.
The publisher strives to ensure access to the site under the best possible conditions, without any obligation of result or guarantee of permanent availability.
- Article 3 – Intellectual property of photographs and contents
In accordance with Article L111-1 of the Intellectual Property Code, the author of a work of the mind enjoys an exclusive and enforceable right of intangible property in this work.
The photographs presented on the site constitute protected works within the meaning of Article L112-2, 9° of the Intellectual Property Code relating to photographic works and those made using techniques similar to photography.
Unless otherwise stated, all photographs, texts, graphics, logos, visual elements and contents on the site remain the exclusive property of the author Eric Ménard.
Although the author, Eric Ménard, owns the intellectual property of all the images on this site, does not have the rights to exploit certain images, as a result these same works cannot be offered for sale.
- Article 4 – Reproduction and use of works
In accordance with articles L122-1 to L122-4 of the Intellectual Property Code, any reproduction, representation, dissemination, adaptation, modification, publication, extraction, downloading or exploitation of the photographs and contents of the site is prohibited without prior written permission of the author and may lead to prosecution.
This prohibition applies in particular to:
* copies of photographs;
* publication on another website;
* dissemination on social networks;
* their use in a printed or digital document;
* any commercial, promotional or editorial exploitation.
Visiting the site does not give the user any intellectual property rights in the works presented.
- Article 5 – Respect for the moral rights of the author
In accordance with article L121-1 of the Intellectual Property Code, the author enjoys the right to respect for his name, quality and work.
No modification, framing, retouching, deletion of signature or alteration of a photograph may be made without the prior consent of the author.
Article 6 – Counterfeiting
Any unauthorized use of the photographs or contents of the site may constitute an act of infringement within the meaning of articles L335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
Counterfeiting exposes the perpetrator to civil and criminal penalties as well as possible compensation.

The site may contain links to third-party sites.
The publisher may not be held responsible for the content or operation of these external sites.
